Request an Assessment
Need Respire to look into something that is not yet covered, or to examine a specific question more deeply? Submit an assessment request for Respire to review.
Who Requests, and What to Tell Us
Requests may come from individuals, consumers, communities, nonprofits, organizations, businesses, professionals or other appropriate requesters. Tell Respire what you want examined, why it matters to your decision, and any relevant entity, product, program, claim, credential, facility or jurisdiction information you already have.
Before You Submit
Submitting a request creates an intake request only. It does not automatically initiate an assessment and does not establish that submitted information is true. Respire reviews scope, feasibility, timing, conflicts, cost, and acceptance before work begins. Payment does not determine the assessment outcome or publication decision.

Already Listed, but Wrong?
If a directory listing contains an error, or you are its subject and disagree with it, that goes through corrections rather than a new request.

What This Cannot Establish
